Corrugated Pads

For extra protection in the storing and packaging of delicate items, chipboard pads and corrugated sheets or pads are ideal. Chipboard is most often used as an added stiffener in envelopes or placed between layers of product. It is constructed from .22 or .30 point kraft fibreboard and is available in sheets as small as 8 ½"x11" and as large as 26"x38". Corrugated sheets help to disperse weight and are used to protect products from forklift damage, dust and dirt. Offered in two thicknesses, 200#/ECT-32 and 275#D.W./ECT-48, the sheets range in size from 24"x30" to 48"x96". Also available are small corrugated pads that are sized to fit popular cartons and used between layers of product and as a top layer to protect items from damage when being cut open.
